"Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men." Mark 1:17
Twelve areas of parish leadership, from your own interior life to forming the leaders who will carry the parish after you. Rate each statement honestly. At the end you get a personal report with actions for every gap and the people who can help you close them.
1 = rarely true of me · 3 = sometimes · 5 = consistently true. Your answers stay on this device unless you share your code.
When you've rated every statement, open your report.
Give this to the facilitator for the group exercise. The first part is your personal ID; keep it to link future retakes. The rest holds only your twelve area scores, years as pastor and parish size. No name.
Save a copy of this report to keep, print or send to a mentor.
